چکیده
Governments often allocate extensive material and human resources to the criminal justice system and consider the increase in the crime rate as an acceptable reason for increasing the budget of this system. However, because resources are limited, extensive allocation of resources to the criminal justice system causes deprivation of other parts of society. Therefore, optimizing the resources allocated to the criminal justice system is necessary and it depends on modifying the structure of resource distribution among different parts of this system and determining the optimal share of each section.
